This 46 m² apartment available to rent in Steglitz-Zehlendorf is not your typical studio. The studio is quite spacious with wood flooring, colorful walls, and access to a balcony. The main area is furnished with a double bed, bar table for 2, leather seating, and a flat-screen TV. You also have built-in and standalone wardrobes for storage. There is a sunny kitchen that comes fully equipped and a clean and spacious bathroom.
Steglitz-Zehlendorf is a charming neighborhood located about 35 minutes outside the city center. Although a bit of a commute, the district is popular with tourists due to its many museums and picturesque landscape. The area also has a very upscale atmosphere with posh restaurants and bars. On Am Schlachtensee, you are near one of the lovely lakes and are a 10-minute walk to the nearest S-bahn station, where you can also find lots of amenities.
