This wonderful studio apartment for rent on Hauptstrasse is on the 5th floor. The bathroom, which has a shower, is just to the left when you enter the front door. The living room is cozy and sunny with a modern sofa, dining table, and TV. The double bed is in a nook, so you don’t spot it until you walk into the room. The kitchen is also hidden in a room off of this one. It’s not a huge space, but it’s fully equipped with everything you need, including a stove and oven. The balcony of this cute apartment isn’t big enough for a table, but you get a lovely view over the inner courtyard.
Schöneberg is an eclectic neighborhood. It’s home to a vibrant gay community. There are numerous upscale shops and lots of Turkish restaurants. Families gather to the south, closer to the nature reserve, and there are plenty of students, as well. The University of Economics and Law is a 15-minute walk from your studio. There is a public swimming pool at the edge of Heinrich-Lassen-Park. It’s 5 minutes away. David Bowie’s Berlin Flat is up the road. And there is a cinema and supermarket down the road, too.
