This roomy 2nd floor studio apartment for rent on Wilhelm-Hauff-Straße is near the University of Economics and Law. The main space has gorgeous parquet flooring and two large, terrific windows. Furnishings are simple. There is a sofa and coffee table in front of a sideboard with a TV. The double bed is tucked away behind a standalone shelving unit. And there is a spacious wardrobe. The kitchen, which is fully equipped, is in a separate space. It’s furnished with a little table for two and has access to a small balcony.
The neighborhood of Tempelhof-Schöneberg is where you’re located. It’s a 20-minute S-Bahn ride from the city center. You get access to a lot of green space in this corner of Berlin. Grazer Platz is a little over 10 minutes away, and it’s on the edge of the more sprawling Hans-Baluschek Park. You get access to as much culture as nature as you could want. There is a shopping mall and cinema within a 20-minute walk. Theater Morgenstern, in the town hall, is only a few minutes away. And finding groceries is easy, too. There is a LPG Biomarkt, Edeka, and a Rewe supermarket minutes away.
