This stylishly decorated studio, which has a ton of space for you to move around in, is available for rent on Spichernstraße. There are some great areas for entertaining and relaxing, including a big balcony with a great view of the neighborhood and a living area which is furnished with a comfy double bed, a couch, some armchairs, and a flat-screen TV. There is also a desk in the corner where you can do your work and the fully equipped and modern kitchen area has a dining table with room for 2 people to share a meal.
The apartment is located in Berlin's fashionable Wilmersdorf area, where you live close to some of the city's main universities, the city zoo and some cool theaters. The streets outside have some planted trees that provide beautiful foliage, some restaurants where you can eat, and super markets where you can do your shopping. There is also a U-bahn station no more than a few steps from your door, meaning you can easily move around the city.
