This gorgeous studio apartment is a fantastic place to call home. The living and bedroom area is wonderfully decorated with red and white furnishings that mix well against the tan walls and lush green plants that fill this space. There are 3 large windows in this main room, which allow plenty of natural sunlight to come in and brighten up the atmosphere. This spacious studio has a sofa bed, flat screen television, plenty of shelving and storage space, and a dining table with 2 chairs.
This apartment is in a lovely neighbourhood. It is surrounded by a variety of restaurants, bars, cafes and shops to choose from. In just 3 minutes, you can walk to the Bio Company organic food store. In a short 5-minute walk, you can arrive at the large Goerlitzer Park, which boasts a public swimming pool, walking paths, an indoor miniature golf course and a quaint cafe and restaurant with a terrace, where you can listen to live jazz sessions and DJ's.
