The property is modernly decorated throughout with white walls, modern furniture and wooden floors, making this the kind of place you'll really want to show off. The property is bright and well lit with lots of natural light thanks to large skylight windows which make this an illuminating space to live in. The property has plenty of storage space throughout, so you can really make the most of the space available. The kitchen is fully equipped and even has a lovely little breakfast bar where you can eat your meals.
This property is located on Schwäbische Straße in Berlin's Schöneberg district. This neighbourhood really allows you to experience the best of both worlds, only being 15 minutes from west-central Berlin and 30 minutes away from the eastern parts of the center, has it's own character and sub-neighbourhoods, so there's always something to do or see here. The property is also only 5 minutes away from Goltzstraße where there is a large variety of international restaurants where you can feast on multiple types of cuisine.
