This airy 1-bedroom apartment to rent on Zillestrasse is on the 2nd floor. A small balcony and French balcony give the open-plan kitchen, living and dining room a breezy vibe. The decor is classy and the equipped kitchen is streamlined, modern and has a breakfast bar. The double bedroom has ample storage, is spacious and has wood floors. It also has an en suite bathroom with a tub, shower and washing machine, as well as a toilet room. This apartment has an additional room with a desk, chair and treadmill.
Charlottenburg is a clean and upscale neighborhood west of the city center. Museums and theaters are abundant. Villa Oppenheim Museum is 5 minutes away. The Deutsche Opera is a 10-minute walk away. There are lots of shops and restaurants, as well as a few malls and supermarkets close to your new home. And when you’re craving green space, you don’t have to go far either. Schustehruspark is just up the street and the gardens of Charlottenburg Palace are 15 minutes away.
What we liked the most
- You can get a nice breeze going in the living space by opening the balcony doors.
- The bathroom has both a shower and a relaxing tub.
- In the office you can work and workout at the same time!
- It’s a fantastic, clean neighborhood with tons to see and do.
