This classy 3-bedroom apartment for rent on Stephanstrasse is on the 3rd floor. The combined kitchen, living, and dining room is very spacious with wood floors, two tall windows, and a French door to a wonderful little balcony. The balcony is furnished with a table and chairs. Indoors, you have an elegant sofa, armchair, and 8-seat dining table. The kitchen is fully equipped, and includes a dishwasher. The bathroom is cozy. The bedrooms all have double beds and windows. The largest has a bay window, desk, and sitting area with an armchair.
On the surface, Moabit doesn’t seem as exciting as other Berlin neighborhoods. By all appearances it looks like a regular residential area. Part of its charm lies in its proximity to the canals. Its central focal point is Fritz-Schloss Park. But when you look a little closer, its true nature begins to surface. This is an eclectic and multicultural area filled with artists, immigrants, and hipsters. Fabulous gems like Kulturfabrik and Arminius Market Hall await you here, too.
