This bright 1-bedroom apartment on Chausseestraße, in Mitte, is 54 m² and opens out onto a lovely balcony. There is a spacious open plan kitchen and living area with a sofa, dining table, and television, and the modern bathroom has a washer-dryer.
The apartment is located in a central and well-connected area, just 5 minutes from the Natural History Museum where you will also find an U-Bahn station. This lively area will make a fantastic base to explore the city, with shops, cafes, restaurants and cultural attractions right on your doorstep.
What we liked the most
- The apartment is in brand new building with good quality windows that isolate outside noise.
- The balcony is furnished with a table and 2 chairs, so you can enjoy a meal outdoors.
- There is underfloor heating to keep you comfortable during the cold winter months.
- There is a storage room which is ideal to store your bulky items.
- The kitchen is fully equipped, including a coffee maker to help you kickstart your day.
- The bathroom has a heated towel rack, sink, and large mirror.
- Park am Nordbahnhof is within walking distance, where you will find the fantastic urban beach BeachMitte.
Things to keep in mind
- There is no microwave in the kitchen, but you will find an oven and stove.
