This 80 m², 2-bedroom apartment available to rent is located in a modern and peaceful residential building in Wilmersdorf. The apartment feels brand new with wood flooring and modern decor and appliances. There is a stylish open-concept kitchen and living room that is ideal for family meals with a large island that can be used as a workspace, dining table, and for storage. The living room also opens up onto a lovely balcony overlooking the building courtyard and even comes with a fully equipped grill. The bedrooms are quite spacious with big windows, and there are 2 full bathrooms.
Wilmersdorf is known as a chic neighborhood of Berlin and is very family-friendly. On Uhlandstraße, you have the comfort of a residential building on a commercial street that makes all your day-to-day errands easy to accomplish. Just minutes from the apartment you have pharmacies, bakeries, cafes, and several restaurants. You are also well-connected to the city with a U-bahn station about a 5-minute walk away.
