This 1-bedroom apartment is compact and cosy. It's fully furnished with everything you need for comfortable living. Heating throughout ensures you'll stay warm over winter and you can even watch TV from bed! Entering the apartment you'll find a plush black sofa with colourful cushions: the perfect place to relax. There's a separate area for you to eat at the table, a fully stocked kitchen for home cooking delicious meals and a crisp white modern bathroom. This apartment would be perfect for a student!
Located in the Schöneberg neighbourhood, this apartment is on a very nice street in Berlin; lined with trees and small stores on the ground floors of the buildings. Right next door you'll find the Kurt-Hiller-Park, a place to relax, and just a 1-minute walk away you'll be at the Universität der Künste Institut für zeitbasierte Medien. The nearest supermarket is only a couple minutes walk away over on Barbarossastraße and you'll find plenty of restaurants nearby, from Korean to Greek cuisines in case you don't feel like cooking!
