The apartment is modernly decorated throughout, with modern furnishings, appliances and decorations, making this the kind of place you'd really want to show off. The living space consists of a cosy dining room and kitchen which is fully equipped with modern appliances and everything that you will need to cook up a storm. This space is bright and well lit with natural light thanks to a large window that doubles as door, leading on to a beautiful balcony. The washer and dryer are located in the property's basement.
The property is located on Köpenicker Straße in Mitte, Berlin. This property is really well connected with the rest of the city, with multiple U-Ban stations within walking distance, so this is a great location for commuters. You are also a 10-minute bus ride from the city centre, and if you want to save bus fare, you can walk in 25 minutes, so you can pop in and out as often as you like. The surrounding area slso has a great variety of shops, supermarkets, bars and nightclubs, so you'll never be bored or far from it all here.
