This huge 460 m², 18-bedroom residence hall has rooms available to rent, perfect for students and even professionals! Each bedroom comes fully furnished with a bed, desk, and wardrobe. Breakfast is provided, and there is also laundry service included in the price of rent. There is a shared living room, a dining room and 8 bathrooms. The kitchen is fully-equipped with fridge, freezer, microwave, toaster, washing machine, dishwasher, coffee maker, juicer and oven. There is also a large balcony, accessible from the dining room and some of the bedrooms.
The residence hall is located in a popular neighborhood of Barcelona, L'Eixample Dreta. You are surrounded by public transportation and services such as outlet stores, banks, and restaurants. Paseo de Gracia, one of the most popular streets in the city, is only one street away. You are only a 20-minute journey to Universitat de Barcelona.
