This 4-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment on Carrer de Muntaner, in Eixample, has been stylishly renovated and comes equipped with central AC. The fully furnished property has a cosy open plan kitchen and living area, 1 full bathroom, and a separate toilet room.
From this excellent central location you will be able to walk to a wide range of shops, cafes and restaurants. Plaça de Catalunya is located nearby, and you can walk to Universitat de Barcelona in 10 minutes. There are also good transport links to travel around the city.
What we liked the most
- The apartment has been tastefully renovated while maintaining its historical charm.
- The living area receives good natural light and is furnished with a sofa, dining table and television.
- Bedroom 2 has a gorgeous study nook with large windows, ideal to use as a home office.
- The kitchen has an oven, stove top, microwave, and all the essentials to cook.
- This area offers plenty to see and do, with museums and cultural attractions within walking distance.
- Clothilde our Homecheker told us that she really loved this property!
